Sage Bar & Grille is the realization of a shared dream between two lifelong friends and young entrepreneurs. Our founders, Josue Mazariego and William Martinez, met in Tappan zee high school and quickly bonded over their mutual passion for food and hospitality. Growing up together, they always knew they wanted to create something special—something that combined their love for great food with their desire to bring people together.
After years of hard work and determination, they turned their dream into a reality by opening Sage Bar & Grille. Their journey from classmates to business partners is a testament to their dedication, resilience, and shared vision for success.
